Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Danone.
Marketing Trainee
So, the first round was a group interview, where we had to do a self-introduction. There was no time limit, and it was like 9-14 people in each session. The interview had two parts: a debate and an internal group discussion about a case study on strategies, covering both pros and cons. After the discussion, one person had to present for about 5 minutes. Finally, there was an HR Q&A with three questions, and they might ask them to just one person.

The selection process required two interviews. I was invited to the office on different days. Only two final candidates were selected. The more languages you have, the better. It's a nice office on the Limmatt.

Marketing
This was a very long and time-consuming interview process that required a lot of preparation and felt like a waste of time. It started with an online assessment, followed by a video interview with HR, and then another video interview with HR. I've never had so many HR interviews before. After three weeks of intense research and preparation, I was rejected without even getting a chance to speak with the department that had the opening. This would have been a great chance for me and the hiring manager to really dive into my skills and experience. I received some feedback, but it wasn't very helpful.
