First, they contacted me via phone call, and they asked me questions about my studies, my faculty, personal things etc. If you pass that stage, you go to the group interview, in which they give you a case, and along with the other guys, you have to talk about it. If you pass that stage, you have an individual interview with the person in charge of the internship area, and after that they will contact you if you get the job or not.

The BtheOne Marketing and Sales program in Barcelona involves several online assessments covering English, personality, and logic. This is followed by a 3-minute self-introduction video. The next stage is a 2-hour assessment day with a mix of group and individual assessments, plus a recruiter interview. Finally, there are role-specific interviews with the team manager.

The group case was about 4 products, we had to choose one and figure out how to promote it, like using influencers or social media. Then there were questions about professional experience and understanding the candidate's personality and preferences.
