So the interview process was really long and thorough. They really dug into my past experiences and skills, asking a lot of detailed questions. The interviewer was pretty direct, although some of the questions felt a bit random and they'd go off-topic sometimes. I didn't quite get it since it's an internship, not a senior position. They ended up ghosting me for 3 months straight.

The process was smooth from the start, with the whole Danone team being helpful and welcoming. It had three main parts: online tests, a group activity, and an interview with the manager. For each part, I got clear instructions on what was needed, and I could show what I know and what I can do.
