Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Danone.
Business Analyst
The interview lasted between 20-50 minutes and they asked about my previous work experience, my strengths and weaknesses, my skills, and what goals I've achieved. This part lasted 20-50 minutes, covering my past work experience, personal strengths and weaknesses, skills, and achieved goals.
- Can you tell me about your previous job experience?
Business Analyst Intern
I had an HR interview, but it was conducted by an intern who was leaving in a week because of the toxic culture. She warned me that there would be a lot of work. After the interview, she said I'd hear from a senior HR person about the result. I emailed them multiple times but got no response even after 5 months. It was very unprofessional.
- What motivates you?
- Can you tell me about yourself and your background?
Business Analyst
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a chat with HR, then I met with the Hiring Manager and the Line Manager. Mostly, they wanted to get a sense of my background, my past experiences, and what drives me. A big part of it was checking if I'd be a good culture fit and if I was ready to relocate.
- What's your motivation for making a career change?
