Had a chat with HR about how the internship fits my background and career goals, then a motivational interview with the internship supervisor. The whole hiring process was pretty fast, taking about a month from the first response to the final interview.

I found the R2R Finance Manager role on LinkedIn and then applied through Danone’s careers page. The whole process took over a month from the initial HR contact to the first interview with the hiring manager, and then another month until the second interview with a senior leader. I still haven't received any feedback on how I did.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The interview with the Hiring Manager focused mainly on technical skills and how I apply accounting principles.
  • The interview with Senior Leadership focused almost entirely on technical skills, and I felt like they didn't fully consider my broader qualifications and achievements.

The initial interaction is a 30-minute chat with HR to check out your background, what you've done, and if you'd be a good fit. The HR person will likely ask you about: Yourself: This means your intro, your career path, and how you'd sum up your professional strong and weak points. You should be ready to give them a peek into your personality and how you work. Past experiences: Get ready for questions about your old jobs, big wins, tough times, and how you dealt with them. They might also probe your skills in team settings, leadership, and fixing problems. Your reasons for applying: HR wants to know why you want this job, what attracted you to the company, and how this position fits into your future career plans. They might also check if you know about the company's values and culture.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about yourself, your academic path, and your previous experiences?
