Robotics Engineer
My awful experience with an HR person from this company. I applied via LinkedIn. I was contacted via email and then by phone to set up a video call interview. On that date, nobody showed up and I received no further replies via email or phone, and I waited 1h30min in front of the computer for someone to appear. They called me the next day saying they were busy with internal company matters and that they would send me an email with possible slots for a new interview. No email for 3 days. I wrote to them to remind them, they sent me the email with available slots and then stopped responding. After a week, I called and a different girl answered, saying she would remind her colleague to get back to me and apologized for what happened. I was called back and we set the new interview, which finally happened, but I felt treated very superficially. Obviously, after this interview, they never got back to me. Fortunately, it was the only company that behaved like this. Shameful.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Are you willing to relocate?
Financing and Contracting Professional
First call was remote with HR and the manager. The vibe felt off, like they were doing me a favor. If my career goals didn't perfectly match their offer, they seemed ready to end the chat without going into job details. I insisted on continuing, and then they asked some technical questions, in English too. After the interview, they said they'd give feedback in a few days, but then ghosted me. Pretty disrespectful, left a bad impression of the company.
- What are your career aspirations?
- Technical questions, in English, related to the job.
Project Coordinator
I was hoping for a professional and engaging conversation, but the interview felt rushed and impersonal. The Hiring manager seemed disinterested and didn't really take my experience seriously, even saying it was just a small part of the overall process, which felt dismissive. A surprising and uncomfortable moment was being asked to pull out my phone to show a payslip during the interview. I was also interrupted several times and didn't get much space to answer questions fully. It didn't feel like my time or experience were respected. A little more openness and basic courtesy would have made a difference.
- I was asked to show a payslip during the interview, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, and combined with how rushed and dismissive the conversation felt, it gave me the impression that my time and experience weren’t being valued.
Sales Engineer
Junior role interview with HR for an initial chat, then a more technical interview with HR and the office manager. The interview lasted an hour and included general questions about technical drawing and languages. HR was very helpful, and the office manager was serious and prepared.
- Varied questions about technical drawing
- Questions about language knowledge
- Questions about future intentions within the proposed job position
