It was very engaging, everyone liked it, and it was very fun, really good, but the person who interviewed wasn't that nice. It's hard to do something with the people from the countryside if you don't like me.

interviews were good and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Make sure to show your personality. Talk to them like they're your friends but keep it professional. You'll talk to different people, so you'll have 3 separate interviews.

Interview process: The people I met were really friendly and outgoing, and they seemed to know exactly what they were looking for. I've been through 3 stages of interviews so far, and everyone was polite and trustworthy. I'd definitely recommend this company to family and friends. I found out about the opening on LinkedIn.

The interview process started with a phone call where they asked about my current job situation and my experience. Unfortunately, the recruiter seemed to forget my answers and called me back two days later to ask the same questions again, which I suspect was so they could take notes for internal use. After these two phone calls, I was invited for an in-person meeting with the internal Resourcer who had done the initial phone screen. At this meeting, I was asked the same questions for the third time about my current working situation. I was told the director was busy and that they would let me know when I could meet the account director. After waiting a whole week without any feedback, despite me following up, I was finally told when I called in that the role was no longer available because the need for it had ended. They mentioned they'd contact me if the job became available again. Ironically, I saw today that they've hired someone with no recruitment experience. I'm not bothered about not getting the job as I'm currently passively looking. I usually don't leave reviews, but this recruitment experience was terrible, a complete waste of my time, and a poorly managed interview process. If you're thinking of applying for a role here, I'd strongly suggest contacting a director directly instead of applying online and dealing with the internal team.
