The interview process started with a phone interview and then moved to an on-site. The interview questions were really good, and they answered all my questions about the immediate work requirements and scheduling. I got the offer about 3 days later. I accepted the job and I'm happy working here!

I had two phone calls and then an in-person interview. They seemed to really like me and paid for me to fly across the country for the final interview. It all felt great and they said I'd hear back that week. That was almost two months ago. They never contacted me, and my two follow-up emails went unanswered. They totally ghosted me. It was really weird and unprofessional for a company of any size. I wouldn't recommend it. I think I probably dodged a bullet by not working there.

So I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with me. Then, like, two weeks later, the HR person called me, it was like a quick chat. They asked me to come in for an in-person interview that was about 45 minutes. They said I'd hear back within a week if I got the job. Two weeks went by, so I called them. The HR person said they'd call me back, but they never did. I guess they did a background check because they said I'd hear back and never did.

First, I had a phone interview where they asked basic psychology questions. Then there was a long silence for a while. After about a month, they called me back for an in-person interview. They asked more psychology questions and the hiring manager asked about my work history and projects. Finally, I had another in-person interview with some engineers where we just talked in detail about past projects and how I handled them.
