Behavioral Technical

I applied for a Project Director role online at Danfoss. The local HR team contacted me for an interview. I had to complete a personality and intelligence test. Then, I had a one-hour interview with the hiring manager and another person. A few days later, I was told I didn't get the job. About a month passed, and the manager called me about a Project Manager position, asking if I was still interested. I said yes, and we finalized the contract.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The HR department gave a personality/intelligence test, which wasn't hard. In the in-person interview, they asked about my interest in the role and my relevant experience. It was a nice chat.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was quite long, arguably too long. It started with an HR phone call, followed by an onsite interview. After that, I was called back for a second interview for the same role to discuss some points. However, upon arrival, they offered a different entry-level position instead. Naturally, I declined that offer.

Behavioral Presentation

Had a good interview experience with a nice office space and very good company culture. The approach was professional, with a good and interesting presentation of the company. It felt good after the job interview. There was a good balance between giving me space to introduce myself and ask questions, and the company introducing itself.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about your past experience?
