The overall interview process was very straightforward. You get contacted by a HR rep first and they will ask you to answer a couple of questions through email. Then you will have a phone call with them and go through a preliminary screening interview. This will only take around 30 minutes. Next, you are scheduled a technical interview with one of the engineer managers. This is much more in-depth and took around an hour and half for me.

It was a well-prepared, nice, and comfortable process. There was a team and individual component. We had a workplace tour and met with the teams. There was an assessment for behavior and motivation. From the start to the end, it was all professional and targeted. They gave a nice explanation of Danish, European, and American cultural nuances. They asked about my interest in the global environment, making sure I could work in an international context.
