Electrician
First contact with HR was great, very polite, inspiring, and enthusiastic. They asked about my personal life, plans, and versatility. I liked the first contact for a selection process. Congratulations on your profession.
- What is my salary expectation for the offered position?
Electrical Engineer
So, first up was this technical aptitude test, which was kinda medium difficulty. It covered power electronics, machines, and a little bit of analog stuff. After that, we had a group discussion (GD) that focused on current trending topics. They actually switched the GD topic mid-way, giving us only about 30 seconds to prepare before it started, and it lasted for 8 minutes. Finally, there was the interview, which was actually pretty straightforward. They asked basic concept questions about harmonics, how to reduce them, net metering, and also some stuff about my projects.
- In what parts of a system do you usually see harmonics?
- What leads to harmonics being present?
- How can harmonics be reduced?
Electrical Engineer
It was a quick interview process, starting with a phone call to screen me, then a chat with the hiring manager, and finally a technical interview. The whole thing was supposed to be 30 minutes but only took 15.
- Can you discuss the projects listed on your resume?
