The process was clear and ran smoothly. When interviewing at young startups, it's best to adjust your expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by Dandelion's interview process. They clearly explained each step. Although the process was a bit lengthy (phone screen, six 45-minute interviews, and a 1.5-hour role-playing test), it felt very fair, and they made me feel welcomed and relaxed.

Had a phone screening with the hiring manager, it went for about 30 minutes. We chatted about what I'm looking for and some typical interview questions. It felt like they were trying to see if it was a good fit for both of us, not just evaluating me. It was pretty conversational and a nice interview overall.
