Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DANA.
Intern
it was a quick process where they wanted to get to know my background, my experience in organizations, my school schedule, and my understanding of the role. The hiring manager was chill and not scary at all. They asked questions related to the job and explained what they expect from someone in the role.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Intern
The interview process had at least 3 rounds. First, there was an HR call, then a call with a user, followed by another HR call to discuss compensation. The process took quite a while, and I didn't get updates until I reached out, but overall, it was a good experience.
- Why are you interested in this program?
Internal Communications Associate
I had a nice time interviewing with the Manager, but then they ghosted me. It was a nice recruitment experience overall though. I'm hoping for a better experience next time.
- Would you prefer to ask for permission first or apologize later?
