Had a few Zoom calls with the Principal Investigator (PI) to chat about my experience and career aspirations. The PI was pretty laid-back and seemed really focused on aligning the internship with what I wanted to get out of it. The next meeting was with a Postdoctoral fellow, who was initially going to be my direct supervisor.
