First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dallas Market Center.
Marketing
Started with an initial interview with marketing team members who talked about role expectations and asked about my background. Then had a final 1:1 meeting with the CEO.
- Can you describe how you've developed marketing strategies for different buyer segments?
Network Administrator
I got referred by someone who used to work there, so I had a bit of a leg up. The first part was in person, with four interviewers. They had a computer that was messed up in a few ways, and with everyone watching, I had to fix it. About a week later, there was another meeting with the whole group. They wanted to know what I knew about IT in general, and specifically about hardware and networking.
- Could you tell me about your biggest weakness?
Human Resources
I had a nice, free-flowing chat with the internal recruiter, but then heard nothing back even though they said I'd get an update in a few days. I was surprised I didn't even get an automated rejection email.
