Got hired on a contract to hire basis through a panel interview. It was the worst interview experience ever. Only did it because it was for an NFL team but it was a complete waste of time. 15 people asking questions and talking among themselves is not an effective way to hire people. The contract pay is also extremely low, which they use to avoid paying benefits. Avoid this one.

Behavioral Other

I interviewed for a marketing coordinator position with the Dallas Cowboys. The initial process was pretty easy and the interview itself was a good conversation. But then the follow-up was really bad. They said I'd hear back soon but I never did, even after I reached out. It was a bummer to get ghosted by them, especially since I put time into it.

The interview process was quite lengthy, involving 7 rounds in total. The focus was heavily on financial questions, and we also discussed how to be efficient and multitask throughout the day. Prior experience was also a significant topic.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty relaxed and the people were nice, assuming you could get their attention. I had a couple of phone interviews and some Webex interviews. Even though I didn't get the job, I felt good about how it went, and I appreciated that they told me instead of just ghosting me.
