The interview process was quite long and involved a lot of waiting around and chasing them up. They could definitely streamline it. The post-interview experience also wasn't the best. They didn't really touch on career growth, how the team is structured, or how performance is measured as much as I would have liked.

The hiring process starts with a review of your CV. After that, there's a personality test and a culture fit interview, plus a written task where you show what you know about the industry and the company. Next, you'll have a group interview with the managers. The final step is an interview with the CEO, and another written assignment about your personal vision, ambitions, and future plans.
