Planner
I had a good interview experience, and they got back to me quickly. The interviewers were focused and efficient. We talked about my experience and technical skills. I had two interviews in total.
- As a recent graduate, what are your career aspirations?
Data Analyst
It was a long process. I had two interviews back-to-back with two different HRs at first, then an IQ test. On a different day, I had a meeting with the GM which was partially technical.
- Can you describe a project you completed that yielded a significant, measurable outcome?
HR Specialist
The process was good but they are selecting unsuitable persons for the vacancies. That is wasting the interviewee's time and making him disappointed. It wasn't a good experience as they also need relocation for another city and have a bad system of annual time off.
- They asked me about the relocation idea.
Supply Chain Specialist
It started with a short but intense phone screening. Then, I had an initial interview with the hiring manager where I was asked about my skills, experience, and how I fit the role. After that, I had a second interview with senior management. The final stage involved meeting with key decision-makers.
- Can you share an instance where you exhibited leadership and encountered a challenge?
- Regarding your skills, experience, and fit for this position, could you elaborate?
- Tell me about your interactions or experiences with senior management.
