First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dairy Queen.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was simple and direct. It was short, professional, and all the questions were relevant to the customer service role. It was mostly behavioural and about past work experiences. We met in person and the interview lasted about 20 minutes.
- Can you tell me about your experiences?
Customer Service Representative
I sat down with the interviewer in the dining area. We introduced ourselves and talked about our backgrounds. I learned their name. Then, they started asking me interview questions. After the interview, they said they would call if I was selected.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What is your biggest weakness?
- Describe a time you faced a conflict and how you resolved it.
Customer Service Representative
I put in my application in late December and got a call for an interview a few weeks later. The interview was chill and didn't feel like a lot of pressure. The person interviewing me was pretty nice and got right to the point. They seem to give everyone a shot if they get to the interview part.
- Can you describe what excellent customer service entails?
