I applied through a university recruiter, and about a week later, I got an email for a phone interview. Just two hours after that call, I was invited for an onsite interview. Both the phone and onsite interviews seemed to go well. About four weeks after the onsite, I followed up with HR. They told me the hiring process was on hold, and I haven't heard anything since.
