First, they chatted with me about the job I was interviewing for. Then, they asked me to talk about myself, and after that, they asked me a bunch of questions about my background and previous work.

I went to a hiring event. It was a whole-day thing at a hotel conference room. It took about 45 minutes and was mostly me talking about myself and my past work. They asked a few questions. They really give you a lot of time to ask your questions because it's a big deal to them. Make sure you're ready and bring a few extra copies of your resume.

HR reached out to me for an initial screening call, which was a good chat and gave me some info. They said they'd let me know about the next steps. Then, someone local I didn't know called and told me to do an analysis project, due for an interview the very next day at 8am. They said to hit them up with questions. I did try asking questions twice, but got no response. After that, I decided to pull my application.

It was a simple interview process. It started with a hiring manager round, followed by a team interview, and then a skills testing round. They let us know upfront that AI could be used. I really liked the interview process. The recruiter was quick to respond and very accommodating.
