It was good. One sr QA and one QA lead were on the panel, and then a manager round after clearing that. After that, there was an HR round. The best part is the HR asked if I'd drive myself or take public transport so they could arrange parking.

It was a walk-in interview first with a written manual testing test. Then there was an F2F round. I cleared the written test. In the F2F round, the questions were easy and the interviewer was very polite and nice. They asked questions in a polite way and made me comfortable. They also gave me good advice when I asked for feedback. It was a good experience. They are looking for someone who is better than average.

This was a walk-in interview for just one or two positions. It felt like they're behind the times because of their outdated thinking, and many candidates' time was wasted. Only two interviewers were present for a large number of candidates, and they seemed tired and reluctant to continue, but HR insisted they interview a few more. It's disappointing when people's time is disrespected; they should have more integrity. I've never seen so many candidates leave unsatisfied before, and several even argued with HR about their attitude and the process.
