So first there was an online test, it was on HackerEarth and had 3 questions about arrays and strings. After that, I had a pen-and-paper test where I had to solve 2 questions in 30 minutes, and I couldn't use any libraries or collections. Then came the first technical round, which had basic questions about my resume and also some Data Structure questions, specifically about Linked Lists. The second technical round involved a complicated question to print a pattern, and they gave me a good amount of time to figure it out. There was also a puzzle question and some questions about DBMS. Lastly, the HR round had typical questions like hobbies, family background, and what programming languages I prefer.
- Could you explain how to find the intersection point of two Linked Lists with a function?
- What are the distinctions between the Delete, Drop, and Truncate commands in SQL?
- Can you define Normalization and specify which level is commonly preferred in the industry?

I had an interview at Shivalik College of Engineering, Dehradun on 27/Aug/2019. It was a pool campus event. About 200 students were in the first online coding round, held on Hackerrank. There were 3 questions in this round, worth 40 marks total, and the cutoff was around 20-25 marks. Approximately 20 students passed this round. The questions were easy to medium difficulty. After that, there was a technical interview via Skype. They asked me to code some standard problems like reversing a string using recursion and to talk about my internships, projects, and other experiences listed on my resume. 8 students received offers.
- Can you write code to reverse a string using recursion?
- Tell me about the internships, projects, and other experiences listed on your resume.
