Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was good. It started with a one-on-one telephonic call, followed by an in-person meeting. They asked questions about targets and execution plans. The HR team was very supportive at that time. Sachin gave a very smart and precise introduction about the company and its future plans.

So first there's this written technical writing round after the briefing where you gotta write a Business Plan. Then, the second stage is a GD, they give pretty easy topics, maybe just current affairs so stay updated globally. Next up is the Managerial Interview round, they'll check how updated you are on the latest tech and market stuff, plus your business awareness. Lastly, the HR round, it's a face-to-face with the HR, usually just chatting, negotiating salary and when you can join and stuff.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

it was a long and a tiring one. all went well except the vp round. Mr. Sachin was an arrogant and a heartless person who was asking questions which makes no sense and the package was more like getting peanuts. at the end he didnt selected anyone. asking dumb questions doesnt make sense. he is more like handling everything and makes every decision. doesnt seems like delegating work to hr.
