Data Engineer
HR was really friendly and great. 2nd round was technical for an hour. Although It went great, by 45/50th minute, all my energy drained and I flunked few answers but nonetheless great people and great interviewers.

Digital Media Specialist
The interview process involved a full in-person presentation that was highly technical and specific to the role. I had a joint session with the Director and Manager from the team. During this session, they wanted me to discuss my strategic thinking, my experience relevant to the job, and how I would handle particular challenges related to the position.
- Could you describe your experience with various platforms?
Front End Developer
The interview process had a few steps: First, a chat with an HR person about my background and work history. Then, a technical interview to check my skills and how I solve problems. Lastly, an interview with the Sr. Director of Software Development to go more in-depth on my technical knowledge and see if I'd be a good fit for the team's objectives.
- Tell me about your knowledge of React Basics.
- Can you discuss your understanding of TypeScript Basics?
- What are your foundational concepts in Web Development Basics?
Client Manager
So, I had a 2-stage interview process. First was a phone call, which went really well. Then, there was a face-to-face interview that included a presentation. I only had 36 hours to prepare the presentation and travel from Manchester to London for it, which was fine. The interviewer really wanted the presentation emailed over with any other questions I had, and I was okay with that. What I wasn't okay with was the lack of communication afterwards. I got limited feedback, and my emailed questions were never answered. Honestly, it makes me wonder if there was even a job available, or if it was just a way to get industry information.
- Could you elaborate on your strategic thinking?
- Tell me about your strategic approach.
- What are your thoughts on strategy in this context?
