Behavioral Technical Case

It was a multi-stage interview process. First, a phone screen to discuss my resume and ask general questions. Then, a more structured technical interview with three different groups: a product manager, a designer, and a dev manager.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process started quickly, then slowed down for weeks with no updates from the recruiter. My follow-up questions weren't passed along. An onsite interview was conducted via video conference with remote team members, which felt awkward. Ultimately, I received a generic email stating they weren't moving forward. This impersonal rejection was unprofessional, especially given the direct communication earlier.

Had a few phone calls and Zoom meetings with the product team folks. Then they flew me out to the Kitchener office for some in-person meetings. It was mostly one-on-one chats but a couple of group panel discussions too.
