Behavioral Technical Case

Recruiter reached out, and I went through the whole standard AE process. It included meeting with the Manager, then a VP Sales Panel, and finally negotiation on the contract with the VP Sales. Even though the VP stated a verbal offer after the interviews, they went dark completely when I pushed back on remote work flexibility. No follow-up calls, emails, or notes. After a 2-week process and one pushback, there was absolute silence. It really showed what to expect when the VP goes ghost on a negotiation point. I'm glad I saw their true colors before committing. Not recommended as a sales org.

Behavioral

The process was well-organised and very efficient. I was kept informed in a timely manner about what was coming next and received feedback. I spoke with four team members, and also visited their office. I got a good understanding of their direction and the role expectations, and had enough information to know if it was a good fit.

Behavioral Presentation Technical

It was a really bad experience. The first two interviews, HR and then the manager I would report to, went super well. Then, things went downhill with the director of sales who was really arrogant and condescending. I ended up having 6 interviews in total, including developing plans to grow the territory and doing a presentation, plus other assignments. They even asked for my reference list to move forward. But then, after a few weeks without contacting any of my references, I followed up and they said they weren't ready to move forward because of other priorities. This was over a month ago and I haven't heard anything since. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from a company. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
