First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at D&R International.
Senior Project Associate
First, I had a call with HR for a screening, asked some basic qualification stuff. Then, I had a video panel interview where they asked more specific questions. It was pretty chill, not super stressful.
- Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker.
Project Associate
The whole interview process took about 3 weeks. First, there was a phone interview, and then a follow up Zoom call with three team members. The phone interview lasted about 15-20 minutes, and the zoom call was about an hour long.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Energy Efficiency Analyst
The hiring process was really slow and they didn't respond much. I first interviewed with some of the employees who would have been my peers, and that interview went well. They took way longer than they said they would to let me know about a second interview. Once we finally got that sorted out and I had the second interview, they told me I'd hear back in two weeks. It ended up taking over a month, even after I emailed them at the two-week mark. Even after they verbally offered me the job, it took another two weeks for them to send over the official offer document to review.

Energy Analyst
Had a phone screen with HR first. Then I went into the office about a week after for an interview with three people on a panel. Got the offer the very next day.
