First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at D. Miller & Associates.
Administrative Assistant
It was pretty fast from applying to getting my first interview. I talked to Lorne, who was really nice and knew a lot about the company. He made me feel at ease, and I liked hearing about the job, the company, and the people.
- What is an interest or hobby that you enjoy?
Human Resources Administrator
The interview process is fun and flexible for all candidates applying. They provide a mix between phone, virtual and in person interviews for all positions. The management team made the interview much easier than I expected.
- What kind of company were you looking for?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process felt really rushed. I made the effort to come to your office and do the interview, and I'm expecting to hear back about the outcome. It feels like this is pretty standard with companies these days - they just don't follow up with people they've interviewed.
- What are some common interview questions you typically ask?
- Can you provide some examples of typical questions asked in an interview setting?
Case Manager
The interview process is pretty fast. HR will call you and arrange a time for you to come into the office. Once you're there, they'll meet with you in a conference room. You might meet with your department manager, who would be your direct manager, and HR. They'll ask you a bunch of questions, like what salary you're looking for, and if you meet the requirements, you usually hear back pretty quickly.
- What makes you want to work here?
- What's prompting your departure from your current job?
- Do you have prior experience with bodily injury claims?
