Class A Truck Driver
Filled out the application, did my clearinghouse info and got a call in two days saying my application passed. Now I need to take a drug test and go to orientation for two days, which will include an agility test and a road test.

Accountant
Had a panel interview with staff and management where they described the job functions and expectations. It was a great interactive interview with everyone involved, helping to understand the company culture. The process was very effective.
- Can you explain your responsibilities during the month-end closing process?
Driver Manager
The interview process felt unstructured and the hiring manager came off as arrogant and condescending, like they had already decided. It was like they were egotistical and knew it all.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
OTR Driver
It was easy. I already had my CDL and the necessary skills. I was transitioning from the coal mining industry. They hired me right away. The training involved a review of my driving skills and a class on the equipment. I rode with a trainer for a week, and then I was out on the road in my own truck.
