Applied for the job and completed an easy basic math test. After submitting the test, a supervisor immediately interviewed me. The questions were straightforward, focusing on my past experience. The following day, I received a call to complete a drug test on the same day. After that, I waited about a week for the background check and drug test results to be cleared. Then, I got the offer and started working the very next day. The whole process from application to starting work took a little less than two weeks.

HR reached out for a virtual interview, which went well. After that, I got an email for a virtual panel interview. That also went well, and they said I'd hear back the following week. I didn't hear anything, so I contacted HR to check the status. HR then tried to set me up with another interview with the manager I'd already met. HR then realized they had the wrong person and said they were still interviewing. It was pretty funny and unprofessional. When companies interview so many people, they should keep better records and know who they're talking to. The AP Accountant role isn't listed anymore, and the company didn't even send a generic email saying someone else was hired. It's just basic courtesy to follow up when you've contacted someone and used their time, especially for a virtual interview where they're inviting you into their home. Diversity and inclusion culture... just a joke.

This interview was a waste of time, honestly. They seem to think they're more prestigious than they actually are, which I guess I should've checked before scheduling. They asked the same questions twice and just treated me like a number. Like, you're not Apple or Microsoft, calm down. It actually made me laugh. They asked generic, not useful questions and didn't tell me anything about the company culture or benefits, or even what the next steps were. Jaded? Alright, got it. No longer interested. The employee seemed to lack excitement, which was pretty clear.

The interview was pretty straightforward, but the hiring manager shockingly left the call mid-interview without explanation. I tried to follow up with the company four times to see if I got the job, but they never responded, completely ghosting me. This was especially disappointing given that their website had a lot of errors, which I pointed out during the interview. Honestly, it's a terrible company that just leaves candidates hanging. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with them.
