Appointment Setter
Your first meeting is a virtual zoom event, where you can really see the amazing culture of the company. The rest of the process is hands-on. It is beneficial to get hands-on experience to make sure it is a good fit. Also, you get a chance to prove yourself with your work, not just being a resume sitting on someone's desk. Everyone is kind and helpful. I have loved it, and this has been by far my best interview process.
- Can you describe yourself in three words?
Appointment Setter
The process was super quick after I sent in my resume. The onboarding event was really informative and I loved the high energy from the whole team. Learning about everyone on the call and their reasons for working from home motivated me to feel good about my choice to stay home with my daughter and still earn an income for the family.
- What makes you interested in this role and what's your work background?
- Could you tell me about your previous work experience and your interest in this position?
Call Team Lead
The interview process was pretty straightforward. We started with a group onboarding session where they went over the company, what they expected from us, and the details of the appointment setter role. After that, everyone got a chance to introduce themselves and talk a bit about their background. It was a really relaxed atmosphere, but still professional.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What's something you've enjoyed doing?
Executive Assistant
The interview process was really in-depth and thorough. I had an initial interview and then did a trial for about 2 weeks to make sure I was the right fit. They asked me questions about my previous experience and also about experience relevant to this position.

- Why are you a good fit for this role?
- How will your past experience help you succeed in this job?
