The second round involved two 45-minute interviews, one with an analyst and another with a senior-level team member. The third round was with the senior team. All interviews were conducted remotely. Had an initial 30-minute phone call with a really aggressive person who said he was 'interested' and that HR would follow up. I didn't hear back for two weeks, so I contacted HR directly. She apologized, citing a 'large volume' of applications, and invited me for an in-house interview. I'm not sure if they would have followed up if I hadn't reached out, which felt unprofessional. The in-house interview was okay, nothing too surprising, though some questions felt like an interrogation. The interviewers weren't super prepared; the one who gave me the case hadn't even read it herself, which made it awkward.
