The interview process was really structured and organised. I was very pleased with how HR and the hiring manager handled everything. They were super professional and really honest about the role and what they expected for the job I applied for.

The interview process was really smooth and they kept me informed the whole time. I didn't feel rushed at all. It was nice to see that level of humanity in the process, especially for an internship; they seemed to take it very seriously.

So, there were two rounds total. The first one was with the hiring manager, and then the second round was with a senior director. They were both super nice but really dug into my resume, like they had clearly prepped and were doing a deep dive. Overall, it was a really good and professional experience.

I interviewed individually with the recruiter, hiring manager, and the full team. I was told to expect an invitation for the final interview round. Since I didn't hear back, I followed up with HR, and they said someone was working on scheduling me and cc'd them. I reached out to that person and never got a response. I followed up with the hiring manager, who said the same thing about getting me scheduled, but still nothing. The whole process has taken 4 months. This company seems disorganized, and I wouldn't want to work there based on this experience.
