I applied at the campus fair and got a call the same day for a 30-min campus interview the next day. It went well and the hiring manager said she'd recommend me. Two weeks later, I got an email for another phone interview, which also went well. That same day, I got an onsite invitation for about 2 weeks later. It's an intern role, but they seem to prefer someone who can continue working afterwards, which I confirmed. The hiring process feels much like a full-time one. So far, they've only asked about my projects and work experience. I'm expecting some technical questions during the onsite interview.

The interview was in English and Chinese with superiors from the Philippines, Indonesia, and Taiwan. Most questions were about personality and why I wanted to join the company and this role. Since it's a test engineer job, they asked about my programming experience. They're looking for someone with C++ knowledge and a positive attitude. The whole process was smooth and friendly.

I interviewed for a coop position, and it took me about a month to complete the three rounds. After meeting an engineer at the career fair who gave me a technical interview, I had two more interviews.
