So first, they gave us a written test to check our thinking speed. After that, there was a group interview. The last part was a mock dispatch exercise where I had to listen to and recall phone numbers, addresses, and other details from a computer recording. It all happened in one day and took about 2-3 hours.

It was a panel interview with three other people, and the questions were pretty straightforward. The interview itself was about 15 minutes, followed by a physical agility test that wasn't too difficult. They mentioned they're mainly a transfer service right now but are working on some 911 contracts, which made me feel better since they're actively hiring. They do a lot of critical care, and most of their trucks are set up for it, so I'm hopeful about the learning experience. This will be my first paramedic job, and I'm really looking forward to it.
