I had an initial call with a recruiter, then spoke with the Head of Total Rewards and the Business Unit Counsel. My final conversation was with the CHRO. Even though I didn't get the job, the experience was good and I'd consider applying again if the right opportunity comes up.

We had a few rounds for this interview, starting with an HR phone screen. Then, I had a virtual meeting with the Program Manager. After that, I met with the Lead Clinical Trainer for the region. Sadly, they never got back to me about an offer or what the next steps were.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There were too many interviews, and the higher-ups were vague when I asked about company culture. When I asked about the high turnover rate, they ended the interview. It also seemed like they were misrepresenting themselves, initially appearing to be a pharmaceutical company before revealing their actual sales approach during the appointment.

  • Can you explain the high turnover rate within the company?

Recruiter reached out, and it went well. I moved to the next round with the director. It was really weird because she told me to call her to interview me at any time. I called the next day, and she texted saying she'd call me back, and this repeated about 4 times before we actually had the interview. I waited 12 days to finally get her to answer my call after she kept putting me off and leaving me on the hook, only to talk for about 5 minutes and then tell me I need more experience in capital equipment. She was very rude and condescending. I've never seen such an unprofessional and unorganized process. BY FAR THE WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS OF MY CAREER, STAY AWAY.

  • Do you have experience with capital equipment?
