The recruiter contacted me about a role I applied for. She was almost impossible to understand because English is clearly her second language. She called to confirm my rate with me and said she would send the Right to Represent, then hung up on me while I was trying to ask another question. In the next 3 minutes, I got 2 emails and a text telling me to reply to her email ASAP. Then she called again on minute 4. This is not a good way to attract talent, so I turned down the opportunity.
