Talent Acquisition Trainee
The interview process was a 5-step video recording session, followed by a virtual interview, and finally a physical interview. The 5-step part included common questions about friends and family. The team members made it a smooth and efficient process.
- Tell me about yourself and your resume.
Talent Acquisition Trainee
We had a group discussion, for which we got 2 days to prepare, but sometimes HR gives time and sometimes not. Then there was an AMCAT test which included sentence listening and speaking, basic computer MCQs, and 2 typing questions. The final interview was onsite in Mohali, first with HR, then the director, and finally the technical HR.
- Can you introduce yourself based on your CV?
- Can you elaborate on your calling work experience (90% of the role)?
- Can you elaborate on your documentation experience (10% of the role)?
Talent Acquisition Associate
It was a good experience, but it took a long time. I waited about 3 weeks for confirmation. The process was pretty straightforward, maybe a bit difficult. The group discussion round went well, and the questions asked were easy. Overall, it was good, but I'd suggest keeping candidates updated more often during the process.
- What interview strategies do you employ?
- Describe your ideal candidate.
VP of Recruiting
Was messaged on LinkedIn and then got a call from a leader at the company to talk about my experience and skillset. They mostly asked me questions about my past work, and didn't share much about themselves or the company until I asked.
- Can you describe your current responsibilities?
