Behavioral Technical Coding

I went through a long interview process with several engineers. It included questions about my past experiences, behavioral questions, a technical coding problem, and a tour of the facility. The company seems like a good place for driven individuals because I learned more about their structure and how they operate.

Behavioral Technical

We had an initial phone chat with the department heads, about 30 minutes long. They asked about my experience, my future goals, and why I wanted this job. Then, I was invited for an on-site interview that lasted 5-8 hours. I met with different staff members from each department. A big tip is to ask a lot of questions and have them ready, but also be prepared to come up with new ones or ask the same questions to different people. It's really a two-way street, and a lot of it is up to the interviewee. Everyone was really friendly, even though I met with people with very different personalities. It was a stressful interview, but not overly difficult. Practicing interview questions and researching the company/industry beforehand makes it much less stressful. I ended up talking to about 6-7 people.

Behavioral Other

It was an 8-hour interview, meeting with several people who asked the same questions repeatedly. It was exhausting. After they finished, they wanted their badge, and I wasn't told when to expect feedback. They just sent me away. The employees' attitudes made me feel like it's a very stressful place to work.
