So, there were 5 rounds total, and the whole thing wrapped up in 2 days. It was split into 3 technical rounds and 2 manager rounds. The interview was pretty good, they hit me with a lot of questions about tech skills, how workflows operate, and my knowledge of the domain and such.

The current interview process is good and meets my expectations. It includes four rounds: HR Round for basic introductions, Technical Round 1 by a senior person, Technical Round 2 by a team lead or manager, and an optional management round, followed by an HR compensation round.

It was a challenging environment, and it seemed like they really needed to hire some people. The interviewers were nice, and the process itself was neither great nor terrible. It was pretty standard. They made a decision within a few days after the second interview.
