Administrative
I wouldn’t apply here again, the recruiters lack a certain level of professionalism. They do not follow up with you after interviewing, and even asking you to send in security forms for clearance verification. Took the time to interview with them, sent in sensitive personal information to their company only to never hear from them again, because they selected someone else. Not even the courtesy of an automated email. Then they contacted me 3 months later extending another interview because the person they selected didn’t work out. Didn’t apologize or properly acknowledge in any way that they didn’t properly follow up previously, even when I brought it up. I am currently employed but open to to other opportunities so decided to participate in the phone interview against my better judgement, because they left a bad impression on me previously. Again, haven’t heard back from them or the recruiter, which I was wasn’t expecting to be based on their previous behavior. Overall a bad impression and I would not want to work with this company since they don’t even have higher standards of professionalism or etiquette toward potential hires.
- Can you tell me about your background?
Project Manager
My interview process started with two current employees. Then I met with the CEO Nader, followed by an HR representative. The initial chat with the employees was informative about the company, and they seemed like good people. However, my brief meeting with Nader made it clear this wasn't the right fit for me. It's a two-way street, after all. His vibe told me we wouldn't mesh. I didn't hear back, and I didn't follow up. But hey, I got my dream job the next week, so it all worked out. Seeing what I didn't want helped me figure out what I do want in a job and work environment.
- How are your organization skills?
Director, Human Resources
After initial contact with recruiting, I had a phone screen. The following week, I went in for in-person interviews with staff members and the President. We had good discussions, and I liked the people I met. They said they'd provide feedback by early the next week. A couple days after the interview, I sent a thank you note via the recruiter. I didn't hear back. Over a week after that, still no communication, so I emailed the HR Manager. I still haven't heard back. This is the first time I've gone for an in-person interview and received no response or update. Now I see another management position posted for talent acquisition, which is an area we discussed as a weakness during the interview and they clearly need help with. Unless they change their process and respond better to candidates, I'd avoid this company.
- What are your thoughts on company culture, and can you describe some standard behavioral examples?
- What are some standard cultural and behavioral questions?
Technical Writer
Applied online and then got a recruiter call for a basic phone screening about a week later. I was called in to interview in person the next week and it went well. Met with team members and they asked questions. The vibe was great. But after the in person interview, the hiring manager said he would be in touch and I never heard back, not even an email about the position status. I get it's competitive but would have been nice to get a reply to my follow-up email about my candidacy status. Hopefully HR sees this and improves communication.
