Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CycleBar.
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I first communicated via email with the hiring manager for the store, and then she gave me a call. After that, I came in for some training which was also a simple part of the process.
- What is your previous experience?
Sales Associate
The hiring process was really professional, gave me a lot of good info, and they seemed to have put a lot of thought into it. I felt like the whole thing was helpful for what I want to do in this sales role. It was straightforward and well-organized, but still felt genuine, which let me be open about my own goals and how they matched up with what the company was looking for.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully de-escalated a professional conflict and describe your approach?
Sales Associate
I got a call to come into the studio for an interview. It was very informal. I started working the next day and had training for about a week, which was helpful. The customers are very friendly and kind.
- Tell me about your past experience.
- What skills do you possess that would benefit the studio?
