It was a professional yet relaxed interview. They kept it straightforward and the team really put me at ease. An offer came quickly after and I was happy to accept. I dislike how many companies do multiple interviews before an offer. One interview is usually enough to understand if the candidate and company are a good fit.

I applied online and got a call back, which led to one interview. I was hired the following week and they were cool about my start date. I had applied for both the senior and entry-level facilitator jobs. They wanted me to sign the offer letter right away, but I asked for a few days to think it over.

The head of HR and the local Team Lead interviewed me. They asked standard questions about resolving conflicts, teamwork, and strengths. Then they asked a job-specific question about dealing with a difficult participant.

The interview process was great, what sucked was the offer and dealing with HR. They low-balled me on the offer then the next was still way low. I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman and the car was me! If that is what happens when you try to get employees on board, then it sends up tons of red flags, especially when I don't need to change jobs but would like to for family reasons.
