The interview process was pretty straightforward: first an HR screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by peer interviews. It seemed like a good company. All the questions and conversations were designed to learn about me and let me learn about them. Ultimately it wasn't the right fit but the process was fair. In the end, I got a voicemail message letting me know they'd gone with a different candidate.

My interview process started with submitting my application. After that, I had two phone interviews and then two virtual interviews. The initial phone interviews were with an HR person. They wanted to know if I was interested in the job, if I understood what the role involved, and if my personality would be a good match for the company's vibe and values. The virtual interviews were more in-depth chats with people from both upper and lower management. They were checking to see if I had the communication skills, dedication, and personality needed for the job and to blend in with the team.

I talked to HR first and then the manager. The interview process wasn't too difficult, and there weren't any tricky questions. It was mainly about getting to know each other's personalities. Since it's an intern position, I didn't have to interview with any senior staff, and everyone I met was really nice.
