First, there was an initial phone chat to talk about salary expectations. Then I got sent an online personality test. After that, I was invited for an in-person chat with HR. Next, an interview with the Technical Training team, and finally, a chat with the division manager. So, the steps were: 2. Online personality test. 3. In person interview with HR. 4. In person interview with the team. 5. Final interview with division manager.

I applied for the role on LinkedIn. The first step was a brief chat with an HR recruiter. Next, I had another phone interview with a developer to check for a potential fit. Then, I was given a home assignment with a .NET Core project and an Angular 13 project, where I had to add some features in three hours. It took a while because of setup like installing the right .NET version. After that, I went to their office in Ra'anana for a one-hour interview with two senior developers who mainly asked about the home assignment to confirm I did it myself. The final steps were a quick HR chat and a 30-minute meeting with a top R&D exec, which started late and was cut short. This exec was rude and asked about new requirements not mentioned before. At the end, I gave three references, but they were never contacted. The recruiter called the next day to say I didn't get the job, without giving a reason.

The interview started with a phone screen, then moved to a live interview, and finally a home assignment. I completed the home assignment, which took quite a bit of time. After a few days, HR contacted me to let me know they'd chosen another candidate. I didn't get any feedback on my home assignment, even though I thought I did everything correctly and asked for it.

I got a quick call from the recruiter asking some basic things to see if we should move on. I actually applied for a different role, but I was curious about this job. The company is really well-known and I really wanted to join, so I was open to other possibilities. Then I had an in-person interview at their office where they were super clear about what the job entails. I asked some questions, and then they gave me a written test to check my English and writing skills. I also had a brief chat with someone from HR and another executive who made me feel really enthusiastic about the position. I got an offer the very same day, and it felt like a great match for what both of us were looking for.
