The talent manager was really professional and nice right from the start. We had a quick 30-minute chat to see if I'd be a good fit for the company. In total, I talked to four different people after the initial process. Everyone I interviewed with was professional and on time. They called me exactly when they said they would. The questions weren't too hard for me, given my 20+ years in IT. The interviewers were super friendly and seemed genuinely excited about their work. I'm really looking forward to the chance to work at CyberArk. They seem like they really want to help me succeed, knowing that my success is their success. I like that approach.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got an email on LinkedIn from the CyberArk recruiter about this job. The next day, I had an initial phone screen. Then, they emailed me some questions to answer. They told me there would be 3 rounds: first with the department manager, second a technical assessment, and third with a director or higher. But for me, it was different - the first round was with the director, and the technical assessment was with the manager. After those two interviews, they offered me the job, and I took it! Everyone was super nice, which made it easy.
