The interview process wasn't very organized. The hiring manager came on strong immediately, bragging about how he could fire underperforming employees whenever he wanted. He asked a lot of questions about potential opportunities and my contacts at my current company, and his follow-up didn't match the plan he laid out.

It was a pretty simple process. The internal recruiters are great and guide you through everything. First, you'll have a quick 30-minute call with a recruiter. Then, within a week, you'll have another call with the hiring manager. After that, they'll probably have you come in for an onsite visit to meet some of the management team and someone who's currently doing the job you're applying for.

Behavioral Presentation

I really recommend avoiding interviewing at this company if you can. The interview process typically involves multiple stages, starting with a recruiter, then meetings with the hiring manager, frontline manager, VP, and finally circling back to a final meeting with the hiring manager. At every stage, you'll likely get positive feedback, which makes you feel confident that you're aligned with their vision and progressing smoothly towards an offer. However, this positivity is deceiving. The team keeps their true intentions hidden and avoids giving clear signals about whether you’re genuinely a good fit. Rather than providing concrete feedback or clear direction, they string you along, allowing the process to drag on without ever showing their hand. It becomes evident that they may not have any real intention of hiring you, but instead are keeping you in the process as a backup or just to hedge their bets. This lack of transparency and direction can be frustrating and time-consuming, leaving you feeling misled and like your time has been wasted. If you’re looking for a straightforward, genuine hiring experience, this company may not be the right place.
