The interview started with some small talk. There were two interviewers, one seemed more friendly than the other. They asked why I was leaving my current job, which I was ready for. I spoke about the good experiences and growth I had, but that I was seeking a different opportunity at another firm. I mentioned that I'd researched their firm and incorporated that into my answer. The friendly interviewer seemed fine with it, but the other one started to tell me that MY experience and my reason for leaving were wrong. This completely caught me off guard, as I'd never been mansplained about my own experience in an interview before. I felt for the friendly interviewer as he tried to move on with the questions, but the unfriendly one kept talking. It was a terrible interview, but a great learning experience.

The interview process was very laid back and casual. They wanted to make sure I had a real interest in technology and was keen to learn. I met some people in the office, which was good. They were upfront about what CDL could offer.

The interview process was straightforward and technical, but very laid back. The manager and panel were chill, making me excited about the opportunity. Normally there are two rounds, but I only had one interview due to circumstances. I received feedback about two weeks after the interview, as promised. To get an offer, you just need to clearly express your skills, be yourself, and be confident. They also do reference checks, a drug test, and a background check.

First interview was just asking questions and answering. Then a background check. Second interview was a skills assessment to see if you can do what you say you can. Then a drug test. You sign a waiver not to talk about anything on the job. Then you are hired!
