Inside Sales Business Development Executive
The interview process was really bad. The first two interviews were super easy and pointless. Then I had to go to Paris for an in-person interview, even though I live far away. They were 20 minutes late. Two people were there in person, and two were remote. I got a case study beforehand that was poorly written with bad grammar and old info. Even though it's a beginner job paying 35k a year in Paris, they expected me to know the product and sales really well with only a week to prep. The interviewers seemed tired. The next week, they told me I didn't get selected because they found someone with 'specific expertise.' Two months later, they reposted the job. The company has a hard time filling this role not because people aren't interested, but because they have crazy expectations, don't respect candidates' time or well-being, and are disorganized. Don't interview with them unless you don't mind wasting your time.

Product Marketing Manager
I had a first interview with the VP Product that went okay. They gave a short presentation about the company and team, and I talked about my background. I was asked a couple of questions like 'how would you describe our product, what do you understand'. At the end of the interview they asked if I had time for a next interview the following week for a deeper dive into the role. Nothing came of it... I sent a follow-up email asking for an update, and that's where it ended.
- Can you walk me through your background and experience?
- In your own words, how would you characterize our product and what's your understanding of it?
- Would you be available for a follow-up interview next week to discuss the role in more detail?
Content Marketing Manager
The interview process was disorganized and full of red flags. The first interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but was a rushed and dismissive 12-minute screening with an uninterested interviewer, offering no chance for my questions. The second stage showed they weren't clear on what profile they wanted. I had doubts but hoped it would improve. The third stage involved a presentation for a product launch marketing campaign in a market they don't currently operate in. The brief was poorly written and required new research because it asked for knowledge in a different market, disregarding the research I'd already done for the first two interviews. I worked on the task over the weekend. Despite the red flags, I invested time in the case and content creation while waiting for days for a reply about the presentation date, unsure when the interview would occur. Five days later, HR informed me the position was on hold due to 'internal changes' without explanation or apology. They wasted my time and stopped the process. There was zero respect. I'm confused why the ad is still listed if the position changed, and why they didn't complete the ongoing stage to see the presentation they requested. The position likely hasn't changed that much if they're still hiring for it. This is strange (or BS) and shows a total lack of empathy and relationship building. Or they're just very disorganized. Either way, I'm out. This isn't how a company that respects people and has two-way processes operates. If this is how they treat candidates, I don't want to know how they treat employees.
- They checked my intentions against the job description.
- They checked my intentions against the offer.
- They asked situational questions like 'Have you done this?'.
Legal Manager
A first interview with HR asking basic HR questions. Then, a second interview with a VP. A third one with the hiring manager. After that, a business case was given to prepare at home. Finally, a 1-hour presentation in their office in front of these two people, which went well. The presentation had to be in English. I never heard back after being told I would, even after sending a reminder email to HR. They replied 'I come back to you soon'. Having candidates do work during the hiring process is questionable, especially when the company can't even send basic emails or call candidates back after setting up such a process. I don't recommend engaging in a hiring process with them; it's a waste of time and shows a lack of respect.
